Information we collect

We collect information submitted in demo and early-access requests, account and company information provided during onboarding, and operational records that authorized users add to NESWUP. The service may also process job details, time records, receipts, photos, field reports, device and security logs.

How we use information

We use information to respond to requests, provide and secure the service, support users, improve beta workflows, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Storage, access, and service providers

Access is designed around organizations and user roles. NESWUP uses infrastructure and service providers needed for hosting, storage, authentication, email, payments, and approved integrations. Providers receive only the information needed to perform their services.

Retention and choices

We retain information while it is needed for the beta relationship, security, support, and legal obligations. Authorized company administrators may request access, correction, export, or deletion, subject to contractual and legal requirements.
