FAQ

Can NESWUP replace every tool immediately?

NESWUP is designed to consolidate core operational work, but every company has a different stack. During onboarding, we identify which workflows should move first and which integrations remain necessary.

Does it work on phones and tablets?

Yes. NESWUP is designed for desktop, tablet, and smartphone use, with a mobile-friendly field experience.

Can employees upload receipts to the wrong job?

The receipt workflow begins inside a specific job so the employee can confirm where the expense belongs. Managers can review extracted details before the expense becomes part of the job record.

Does AI make financial decisions?

No. AI-assisted extraction and writing are review tools. Authorized users remain responsible for approving information and business decisions.
